How Long will the Current Euro Rally Last?

The euro is rallying today, thanks to the announcement of a plan to rescue Greece. Additionally, measures for supporting Ireland and Portugal have been included. The news has provided some risk appetite as forex traders look for higher yields and celebrate.

However, the euro forex trading forecast may not be so positive. How long can the euro maintain its gains? It depends. The Greek bailout plan may not do much for Spain and Italy, two core euro zone countries that are also struggling.

We will have to wait and see what the next round of sovereign debt issues happen to be before we can determine what the euro forex trading forecast is likely to hold.
